Scott Primack, D.O.
Dr. Primack is also one of the founding physicians of Colorado Rehabilitation & Occupational Medicine, Colorado’s most established physiatry practice, where he currently treats athletes, injured workers and people with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Primack is a graduate of the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, with a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation from the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and board certifications from the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He currently serves as Medical Director for the Colorado Special Olympics and Senior Clinical Instructor for the School of Public Health, University of Colorado School of Health Sciences.
