Sylvia Nicodemus

Sylvia is the Director of Customer Success for COMT. Whenever a new client implements COMT, she ensures the transition is as easy as possible for providers, and support staff.

She explains, “Anytime a provider does something new that can affect how their office operates it can be stressful. I have walked in their shoes and am extremely confident in being able to make a smooth transition. Our clients are pleasantly surprised at how effortless and uncomplicated it is to implement COMT into their practice. I love helping the staff and the providers get to their perfect comfort level in using COMT to help their practice and their valued patients.”

Sylvia has spent her entire career in the workers comp industry. She spent many years as a case manager assisting providers and administrators ensuring the smooth flow of work comp cases come to completion. She has worked in the Occupational Clinics in various roles to include corporate training. She has assisted medical support personnel for one of the largest work comp providers in the US.

She successfully taught new hires on company systems, policies and procedures.

She has also worked alongside of founder Dr. Scott Primack at Colorado Rehabilitation and Occupational Medicine since 2009. What made Sylvia extremely effective in her position was her ability to communicate with provider’s, patients, nurse case managers and other medical personnel. As Dr. Primack’s assistant he taught her the importance of measuring patient outcomes.

Sylvia graduated from Lake County High School. She loves spending time with her husband, family and friends. She is very involved in her church in the Denver suburbs and loves doing Bible studies with strangers, making new friends, and loves to help with outreach in her church community.
